 🛒 Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship all across India! International shipping will be launching soon — stay tuned on our socials for updates.

Q: How long does delivery take? 
A: Orders usually take *3–7 working days* to reach you, depending on your location. We ship fast because we know you're hyped to rep your favorite designs.

**Q: How do I track my order?**  
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also check your order status in your account section.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?  
A: Orders can only be changed or canceled *within 2 hours* of placing them. After that, they’re already on their way to becoming your new favorite outfit.

**Q: What sizes do you offer?**  
A: Most products come in sizes *XS to XXL*, and we’re working on expanding our size range. Each product page has a size chart for the perfect fit.

Q: Are your products unisex?  
A: Yes! Most of our pieces are designed to be gender-neutral. Style knows no boundaries.

Q: How are your anime designs made?  
A: Every design is **originally illustrated** by our in-house artists or in collaboration with indie creators — no copyright issues, just straight-up fan-powered creativity.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?  
A: We accept cash on delivery only right now.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. COD charges may apply.

Q: Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
A: Yup! Keep an eye out for special drops, limited-time offers, and exclusive codes on our Instagram and newsletter.


 🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?  
A: You can return or exchange items within **7 days of delivery**, as long as they’re unused and in original condition. Some items (like limited drops) may not be eligible.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email us at **support@kxmiworld.com** with your order number and reason for return. We’ll take it from there.
